- Cognitia: internal talent and production-management platform with a public API, an MCP server and a multi-agent AI pipeline (Claude Code) that develops Jira tickets autonomously
- Agent Catalog: governance dashboard for the company's AI agents; built most of the metrics backend (Langfuse tokens, cost and failures per agent), the approval workflow and budgets
- MailPilot: AI email agent with human approval (HITL) before sensitive actions, on a hexagonal architecture; documented the HITL pattern as an internal guide

- Co-built Nexus from first commit to production: designed the original LangGraph ReAct agent and the cross-company copy/compare workflow, with human confirmation before ERP writes
- Built the streaming chat experience (live tool indicators, instant tables) and persistent conversations with a Postgres checkpointer; cut token usage by trimming tool outputs
- Hardened the platform with JWT authentication, per-user rate limiting and Redis-backed caching
- Built LLM cost control (usage metering, per-user and per-org spend caps, admin dashboards); set up daily backups and automated releases
